what's this?

this is a tiny fraction of the image manipulation stuff i've done over the years. the oldest one is, i think, from 2002 so that is quite a long time. when i created the images, i always wrote little stories about what i did and why. they are no longer available in this version of the site as nobody looked at them anyway and it was too much hassle to keep them in sync with the images. so if you have any questions about a particular image, don't hesitate to ask.
